CPO RETURNS TO UNION TOWNSHIP

The Union Township Board of Trustees proudly announces the addition of the Cincinnati Philharmonic Orchestra to its 2018 Summer Concert Series.

The orchestra, formerly the Clermont Philharmonic Orchestra, has been a favorite of Union Township concert-goers since the Civic Center opened in 2005. Clermont County’s finest musicians will be in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at the Union Township Amphitheatre.

The orchestra was formed in 1997. The CPO and chamber players have performed many concerts at local schools and other social institutions. The CPO Pops has performed numerous outdoor summer concerts at various parks throughout Clermont County. Performances have included such international musical stars as Sandra Rivers, piano, Pip Clarke, violin, John Hendrickson, piano, and Alex DePue, fiddler.

The Union Township Amphitheatre is located in back of the Civic Center, 4350 Aicholtz Road. This is a free concert. Bring your families and friends and let the CPO entertain you with beautiful music.
